Profile
- Completed his Doctorate in Commercial Science at Keio University, Faculty of Business and Commerce in 1975.
For the past thirty years, Mr Ikejima has been active in the area of experimental research into Business strategies for
Japanese industry. This has focused in particular on management of research and development from the client
perspective, and research into the leadership that business people need in order to contribute to this.

Yamaji-san is currently a part time lecturer at the Tokyo University of Technology, School of Media Science and is also a committee member of the Japan Computer Graphics Arts Society
